PERSONAL HOME CARE
REGULAR CLEANING CHECK SHEET
KITCHEN AND BREAKFAST NOOK:
- - Load dishwasher or wash by hand
- - Clean and disinfect counter tops, appliances, and sink
- - Sweep and mop, or vacuum
- - Pick-up trash and put in trashcan
- - Take out the trash
BATHROOMS:
- - Clean and disinfect sink and tub
- - Using a toilet brush and toilet cleaner, scrub the inside of toilet
- - Clean and disinfect the outside of the toilet
- - Using glass cleaner or vinegar, clean mirrors
- - Return all items picked up to their proper rooms/places
- - Sweep and mop, or vacuum
- - Pick-up trash and put in trashcan
- - Take out the trash
BEDROOMS:
- - Pick-up dirty clothing and put it in hamper
- - Pick-up clean clothes and re-fold or hang
- - Pick-up trash and put in trashcan
- - Change/make the bed
- - Pickup misplaced items on the floor, bed, desk, etc.
- - Straighten and dust surfaces
- - Return all items picked up to their proper rooms/places
- - Sweep and mop or vacuum
- - Take out the trash
FOYER/LIVING/FAMILY/DINING/OFFICE OR BONUS ROOMS/OTHER
- - Dust furniture surfaces and arrange contents properly
- - Neatly arrange magazines, books, what-knots, etc.
- - Pick-up trash and put in trashcan
- - Vacuum or sweep up the floor
- - Take out the trash
LAUNDRY/UTILITY ROOM
- - Pick-up all dirty clothing and put it in a hamper
- - Pick-up all trash and put in the trashcan
- - Straighten and dust surfaces
- - Clean and disinfect the outside of washer/dryer
- - Return all items picked up to their proper rooms/places
- - Sweep and mop or vacuum
- - Take out the trash
HALLWAYS/STAIRS
- - Dust furniture surfaces and arrange contents properly
- - Neatly arrange magazines, books, what-knots, etc.
- - Vacuum or sweep up the floor
- - Take out the trash
